DIY 5-Ingredient Veggie Dip

“Eat your veggies!” doesn’t have to be a threat anymore with this easy-to-make dip that makes crunchy raw vegetables as addicting as their greasy unhealthy cousin, the potato chip.

So, here it is! A simple 5-ingredient vegetable dip you can try at home. Hoping this starts you on your way to healthy snacking!

All you need are mayo, salt and pepper, vinegar and minced garlic (optional for those who want a less garlicky taste). (Watch the video for the complete recipe!)

Enjoy a creamy, savory pairing for your Crudité of carrots, celery, or any raw vegetable of your choice.

Simple tip: What’s life without a little balance? A dollop of one indulgent ingredient (hello, mayo) mixed in with other healthy fixings makes the healthy lifestyle more sustainable.
