My Story

Life has a way of shifting.

Before this season, I worked as a writer and a fashion editor—telling stories through style, creativity, and content. I loved it. But over time, God began to lead me somewhere I didn’t expect.

Today, I’m still a writer but now a missionary mom, raising my family between cultures and learning what it means to follow Him in the everyday—through the messy, the meaningful, and everything in between.

Simple Not Simple Mom is a place for faith, family, and real-life stories—shared from my own journey and from women walking out their calling in different seasons and places.

Why This Exists

Because life isn’t always simple.
Motherhood isn’t always simple.
Following God definitely isn’t always simple.

But it is full of His grace.
And His presence–evident everyday.
